Kimo shapes a custom Honolulu longboard. Here he goes through the entire shaping process which begins with drawing the outline of the board and cutting the blank. The blank is then hand shaped with custom rails, concave, vee, and channels. Once the blank has been hand shaped and every contour scrutinized, the board is glassed with fiberglass resin. After the resin has cured, the board is then hand-sanded and gloss polished. The Honolulu model is now ready to rock and roll.
